Our business
Relationships are at the core of our business. We have built an extensive network of contacts across Hampshire and surrounding counties, but with particular focus on the Southampton area. This means we are presented with an array of opportunities for development. Due to the dilapidated nature of the buildings, this creates the opportunity to increase the value, optimising their true financial potential while repurposing them for the needs of modern living. Through restoration of under-utilised buildings we are proud to contribute positively to the regeneration of our local towns and city centres.
Our Process
We work with existing Class E commercial premises using permitted development to convert the use of the buildings to residential. All potential projects are sourced and evaluated using our rigorous due diligence process.
We nurture great relationships with local estate agents, however we are also happy to work directly with vendors if an opportunity arises. We can find creative solutions to ensure that we create shared value and solve property problems.
